Hi Ilana,
Have you given Paligo a try? I've heard quite some good stories about it. I am
not sure what the pricing is on that one.
Cheers,
Swapnil

Thanks Steve. I looked online and found several options. Higher end apps do
not come cheap, even for a business (A$ 1,813.00 for Madcap Flare, $1,549.90
for RoboHelp, even more for AuthorIT). My client is a startup and budget is
very limited. I am trialling HelpNDoc but not enjoying it much. Features are
limited and it is not easy to use. Seems to crash a lot. It seems that you
get what you pay for. I was wondering if anyone had experience with any of
the other "cheaper" apps that I should look at.

Hi Ilana. Depends what you mean by "cheap" and also whether you plan to use
it for business or personal use. For business use, "cheap" might be
$500-1000 per user license and you could look at Madcap Flare, Robohelp,
Help and Manual and so on. These would all be capable of meeting your
requirements. If it's for personal use you might look at HelpNDoc or
Sandcastle. I'm sure a few minutes in Google would unearth a number of other
options.
Steve

Hi, I am looking for a free (or cheap) online Help application which
I can use to create a HTML webpage that includes a TOC and searchable
need to be able to embed some MP4 videos as well. I would appreciate any
suggestions.
thanks
