Yes.   :-)

But I'd opt for Frame/WebWorks because of the ease with 
which you can create combined TOCs and indexes and can use 
cross-references between files (turned into links in the 
online help).    

And having more than one level of numbered lists isn't 
always the problem with Word.   Being able to set up more 
than one numbered list within the same document and have the 
first item of each list stay initialised to 1 has always 
been the big bummer for me with Word.    I just can't be 
bothered setting up SEQ things etc....
