Hi Carolyn

Isn't it ironic when you find yourself castigating the futurists for
telling us to try harder to tap into forums, and your medium for doing
so is a forum?

Today’s Small Business Age admonishes corporate Australia to “try harder”
to
tap into Twitter, Facebook, forums and LinkedIn, etc.

Why?

Not an iota of evidence provided on ROI or effectiveness, even the
purpose
isn't defined, which is handy, since if there's no defined outcome, one
doesn't need to measure anything.

They’re told that this is the way to “get the word out”.

Which word? About what?

They’re also told that in following this advice: "Those who are
innovating
and creating the future will boom.''

Creating a twit, er, sorry Tweet message is innovative, future building?

Pul-eaze, give me a break.
