Ssh, Micky Shhhh!
<RANT>
Some of us who like to work remote are happy to discover a project "manager"=
 in IT who has discovered that modern communications make many things=
 possible that weren't possible before.

I tend to think of them as the people who came along after someone suggested=
 that finding someone clocking in at the office at 9am and leaving at 5pm=
 (or even 6pm ) might not necessarily yield productivity. Maybe at least=
 they're trying something modern in management terms.

Meanwhile, for most, the benefits of the internet have not yet included the=
 possibility on saving heaps on office rent, saving the planet, reducing=
 demand for petrol, giving employees an opportunity to work in places where=
 you can actually afford a house instead of a cupboard, etc etc....
</RANT>

And MEANWHILE BACK AT THE RANCH, an "Organisational Chart" to me tends to=
 suggest a chart that has somehow managed to initiate organisation as=
 opposed to the alternative: a recording of the organisation someone else=
 managed to initiate.
