yep i reckon that's the intended sentence. "early birds get" rather than "early bird get's". it reads like engrish. it's just a really clumsy line to use in such high profile advertising. it's the kind of thing you expect to see used on a discount shop flyer in a little starburst at a 90 degree angle and finished with an exclamation mark.
