Worth staying connected here. More work has come to me "out of the blue" since
I "retired" than ever did when I was looking for it (although I find myself
very reluctant to take it). You might find you still need to ask the occasional

Hi Austechies,

I am retiring from work tomorrow and my work email address will disappear. I
will join the many grey nomads cruising around Australia each winter with my
tiny caravan, and I  will have more time to support my bushcare friend's
groups. I am sure I will end up doing a few volunteer jobs of writing or
training, but nothing to Def(Aust)  standards.

I have enjoyed being part of the group and wish you all well.
