The problem with using MS-Word is that so much resolution is lost
because it only outputs at max 300dpi. In some cases where the screen
contains very small writing this resolution is just not adequate for the
purpose.

So it's not about how you catch the screen but how you output to paper.

If you want paper, that is.

Does any one have advice on what software is the most effective and
affordable to capture screen shots and generate the steps and keystrokes
to
help develop IT training manuals in WORD ? I have used INFOPAK and would
not
consider it again. It's too expensive, cumbersome and has a complete
disrespect for Styles.
