Telstra is looking for a mid-level technical writer. Ideally, you will have:
* at least five years' experience as a technical writer
* excellent knowledge management skills (especially in interviewing
and liaising productively with SMEs)
* exposure to the telecommunications field
* experience in, or aptitude for, documenting technically complex
products or systems and
. experience with Panviva's SupportPoint documentation tool.
