CyberNet Consulting has an opportunity with a major financial group for a
part-time Learning Support Consultant (aka Training Coordinator) with ability
to coordinate project training events. The role is in the Sydney CBD and will
require someone with the ability to:
* Manage and track budget spend adhering to project guidelines
* Locate appropriate training venues based on business / project
requirements and budget
* Forecast planning including geographical locations, minimising
participants' travel
* Co-ordinate relevant communication between stakeholders and
participants as per project outcomes
* Effectively manage enrolments via the LMS systems
* Manage and collate LMS reporting, delivering on project requirements
within predetermined timeframes
* Prepare invitations to participants, guest speakers and relevant senior
business leaders and monitor registration of attendees
* Source appropriate suppliers for deliverables eg: catering, program
materials, support aids including audio visual equipment etc
The successful candidate must have:
* Excel and Word skills
* Excellent planning and organising skills with and exceptional attention
to detail
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
* Good vendor management skills
* Effective budgeting, reporting and management skills
* Experience in using on-line webinar technology (an advantage)
* Experience in using Learning Management Systems (an advantage)
The role is for 4 months starting ASAP. Daily rate yet to be determined. If
