Well when it’s not done right it’s pretty nasty, but if it can get the flavors
of what you are cooking around it it can be pretty good.

hmmm, not too bad for you,. my dinner today was tofu and potatoes and a
cream made with tofu, black pepper, salt, olive oil and basil and a salad.
for dessert one strawberry ice cream. the weather in portugal is fantastic,
the temperatures at this moment "22 h p m " are 70 F during the day,
about 86 F delicious.
