The main maintenance man at the building where I fell was doing some
investigating today. He basically took a statement from me and told me that a
lady was wanting to me with me so she could fill-out a report. The man
maintenance man was trying to trip me up a few times as I was telling him what
happened and attempting to act like he just did not understand. However, the
story I told im is the same story I would tell anyone else as far as what
happened. It did not waiver because the truth is the truth. However, what he
did not realize as we talked is he openly admitted that there was some
discrepancy with the sidewalk in question although he is saying he cannot find
where it happened on the sidewalk because everything looks fine. So, in one
breath he says everything looks fine and in another breath he briefly mentions
in the conversation that there is an area on the sidewalk where there is some
discrepancy. This is turning out to be interesting *LOL*. Unfortunately, the
interesting part is coming at the expense of my injuries.

Had to go along the edge, part of the sidewalk was blocked off. . The other
option that was sometimes available was to enter a building and cut through it,
but at the time of day I was going through there that wasn’t an option unless I
wanted a braking and entering charge, which I really didn’t want *lol*.
