Interesting. A school system in my state just made it in the news the other day
for serving the kids pork from 2009. According to the health department here as
long as the meat is properly frozen then it is ok. So, no laws apparently were
broken despite the fact that the people preparing the pork said it had a funny
taste. So, they were instructed to put gravy on it to cover up the taste.

have fresh fish on monday, sunday and tursday are normal days as the others,
just on munday we don’t have fresh fruit, vegetables, meat or fish, because of
sundays rest.
