Thank you both and I will let you all know as soon as we know something. I am
hoping that it will be done in October so that way the three of us aren’t
wondering from day to day what is going to happen. It will be in Little Man’s
best interest to bring this court situation to a close.

Will you all pray for us. When I got home from class tonight Amanda told me
that Little Man’s father is rearing his ugly head . He is very sporadic in and
out of the picture. He has never paid one dime for Little Man. He and his
father and probably many of his other family members, but for sure his father
and him have a rap sheet that probably would rap around the earth a couple of
times. One incident was 02-28-2013 and we are almost certain that is the
domestic. He is not a good influence and according to his message that he left
Amanda the DCS supervisor said that there is no reason that he cannot talk with
his son. The actual case worker is not in town and has not looked at the court
order, but plans to do that when she returns. Up until Amanda contacted him to
let him know about court upcoming so that way the court date wouldn’t be reset
he had been non-existent. Prior to tonight the last time he called in regards
to his son was right before Easter. We go back to court on 10-02-2014. All
prayers will be greatly appreciated.
