[audio-pals] Outlook Express Problems on Heather's Computer

I have called the Microsoft Accessibility line one time here in the last
little bit and the guy I spoke to was extremely helpful. Amanda had given me
a wrong letter to activate my Microsoft Word Suite and rather than telling
me to call back he stayed on the phone with me and let me take pictures of
the papers that may have a code on them. I then had to upload them via the
cable to the computer and he looked at each piece of paper that came with
the Microsoft Word case until he seen the code on the picture. Once he ddid
that, I was up and going in no time. He stayed on the line with me until we
made sure that everything was going to go alright from that point. I believe
the representative went above and beyond staying on the phone with me until
we got the problem resolved.

Heather may want to try some of the suggestions found on the above mentioned
website. I definitely would have her call the Microsoft Accessibility
number.

More likely to be clunky more than inaccessible. Have used it with XP and
briefly with Win 7 and with Linux, and although it takes some getting fused
to, it is workable. Not as nice as Apple Mail but they don't have a Windows
version for that anyway. The tab key is your friend with Thunderbird. Well
it was in combo with nvda at least and with Orca as well. , but I also
don't have mail client sinking with a lot of stuff on the linux box or back
when I had a windows machine working here.
