Seems there is a fellow in London who is opening up a popup restaurant selling everything under the son but selling it Deep fried Yum! Including the traditional Easter dinner. Fried Lamb? Seems he did that with a bake well tart and the only reason people were able to recognize it as a bake well tart was because of the cherry. Sounds like my kind of establishment particularly as in Britain frying is not common. The place is called fry hard and the chap was interviewed about it on the Wednesday edition of the CBC program As It Happens. Let's hear it for a thumb in the eye of the cultural busybodies and the food police. Ray T.
