I never realized it monitors message content, which means one day it could
be used to censor conversations. Facebook already censors content.

Yep something triggered the command search in there.

So you are confusing the free lists system without even intending to. Thats
pretty good. I've tried some of those commands they talk about but they
didn't work.

remember to do a sub or unsub via e-mail it has to go to:

 <mailto:audio-pals-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> audio-pals-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Then put subscribe or unsubscribe in the subject line. It is seeing the
command, but not to proper address I think. That is the tricky bit
concerning <//freelists.org/> freelists.org is that the addressing of
subscribing and unsubscribing are structured different than the posting
address. I think some of that is just how <http://free.lists.org/>
free.lists.org has their server settings verses the standard ecardis command
settings too.

Have had a couple of subscribe attempts come up as posts by outside members.
So think some of this is their system goofing too.

Your post appears to contain a valid Ecartis command as the subject, or one
of the first few lines. The post has been forwarded to the list

Hello Nelson,
Welcome. The chat is a general "respectful" chat

and "respectful"

walks a very fine line around here. Nah! Just

kidding. We do give

each other a hard time and we do cut up, but it is

all harmless fun

with no intent on hurting anyone's feelings. I and

I am sure the rest

of the list members on here have the utmost respect

for each other.

Some people post audio letters (mp3 format or

similar

formats) to the group. I do some times, but not

while the university

is in session. There are some list rules around

here somewhere.

Traffic on the list is high at times and other

times it is on life
support.

Tom is one of the owner/moderators on here with his

wife being the

other one. Take care and have fun here on the list.

I am currently

finishing out the semester and I have a failing

hard drive so I may

be scarce until that finishes up and the hard drive

is replaced. I do

have a replacement hard drive, but my wife is also

in school so we

are both finishining out the

semester and have to find some time to put it in.
