[audica-dev] No $ as var prefix

Hej Jörg,
Please do not any longer use dollar as a var prefix. It looky ugly to me. Also
now that we use jquery for everything almost all vars have the Dollar prefix.
So we don't need this for clarification. Lets be happy that we use a typeless
language and don't start reimplementing it.
