Hi Brad,

first, you have to move the music track to the point where it has to start. You could for example play your intro and press Shift+A at the right point to stop and set the cursor to that position. Then, you deselect everything with Shift+Ctrl+A and select the music track. From the Track menu, select Align Tracks / To Cursor. Make sure that's the right position and you can use the Auto-Duck. Consider that you cannot move the track any more without undoing the auto-duck - otherwise the fade-in would come too early or too late.

Regards,
Arne
