Hi Matt!
You can't record into two tracks simultaneously. However, if both audio
sources are linked to a hardware mixer, you can set the balance for one
source to the extreme left and that for the other source to the extreme
right. If you then split the resulting stereo track into mono using the
context menu, you'll end up with two tracks, each containing one of the
sources. I have successfully recorded guitar and vocals this way.
