[audacity4blind] problems with navigating within a track

Hi there,
yesterday I tryed out the newest Version of Audacity, 2.1.
I imported an Audiofile, I could play and pause it, but Audacity reacted pretty
strange when I tryed to move forwards and backwards using the cursor keys or ,
and .
It at least brought just a cracking short sound. Did I do some thing wrong?
