Hi Tyler!
You can call up the panning dialogue by pressing shift-p. Enter a value
between -1 and 1, 0 being the center position. Then the whole track will
play at the entered position. If you'd like the sound to move, say from left
to right or center to left, you need a plug-in. I suggest Panning Ramp. It's
simple to use and effective. You can download it here.

Paste the .ny files into the plug-ins folder and start playing.

Cheers! Robbie

Subject: [audacity4blind] panning

Many websites talk about the visual way people pan audio from the left to
the right channel and such, by clicking and dragging the audio. Is there a
way to produce the same effects in the menus?
