Or what might be easier, record your voice. Pull it into
audacity. Then pull the wave or MP3 sound into it afterwards,
then adjust the decibels.

Well I'm a sighted person so I don't know how JAWS and Audacity
works together but if you have your sound already pulled in,
all you have to do is hit the record button and start talking.

Audacity will automatically make another track.

Should your sound be too loud in the background, you should have
a way to decrease the decibels down to a -3 or -6 so your voice
can be heard over the sound.

Hi all,

I have a wave file which is a contiguous segment of sound. I
want to add a
commentary as the sound is playing. How do I do this? From
what I have
read, I need to have two tracks in audacity. I can get one
track by
importing the wave file into the programme. How do I create the
second
track?

I am using audacity version 1.3.4 beta Unicode.

Note:
I am using JAWS for Windows version 8.0 .117 as my screen
reader.

Pranav
