Dear users and developers,
I AM very satisfied with Audacity, but I Am facing complex issue. I
would like to remove The following background noise by using The most
effective way.

The noise is very probably being caused by The build in transistors of
video player or cassette player.
My questions are.
1. Which functions of Audacity should I use to eliminate this background
noise? Which values must be set in some Audacity dialog windows to
eliminate it completely?
I do not want to destroy audio quality, but I want to remove this
background noise. But when I select this noise sample, I Can not remove
it completely. I can hear that The background noise is getting higher
and higher volume if pause between lastly spoken word is for example
longer than half of a Second. So when Thespeaker have finished Theword
orsentence, The background noise is starting to have bigger and bigger
volume.
I Am using Audacity 2.06.
