Maybe I can help. It's too much for me to type out though.

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your help. What I finally did was to make a new track on
Audacity, and I just kept pasting and pasting the same short recording about
20 times, then I did that align tracks end to end thing, then exported it
into drop box, where, yes, for portability, I can access it with my iPhone.
I would like to learn how to put it into my iTunes library someday, but I
have no clue about how to do that1! For now, I have the loop effect with
what I did! Judy

Hi Judith
One thing that really irritates me about iOS devices is the tedium
associated with putting files onto them. It can be done but .
I deleted the Music app from my phone because it randomly played music and
there was a risk that it would interfere with presentations. That rather
limited options for looking at your situation. I emailed an MP3 to myself
and, by using the Sharing option, saved it to Notes. I could play it from
there, but had little control and certainly no option to loop.
I suspect that you may be able to do something similar, although I doubt it
would let you save to an appropriate spot for what you want. If, however,
you brought it in via iTunes, that should work. I have forgotten how to
bring files in via iTunes, but those who use their iPhone for music should
be familiar with the process.
I assume you want the recording on the iPhone for purposes of portability.
Otherwise, you could easily loop it in Audacity.
Andrew

Subject: [audacity4blind] how to get an exported mp3 short recording onto my
iPhone, so i can put it on loop
Hi Everyone,
Please forgive my long description of this problem.
1. I record a 2 minute talk on my Recorder HQ ap on my iPhone
2. I use the share button to "send to drop box"
3. Then I name it, cut it, and put it in my audacity folder in my
documents
4. Then I open Audacity, do Control O, and find it, and import it.
5. Then I did the editing out of extra talking , and so now the
recording is perfect.
6. I exported it as mp3, and put it into a special folder in my
documents for completed recordings, and now here is the problem.
Now I want to get this edited mp3 version back to my iPhone, where I can use
a loop to listen to it over and over. Where do I put it?Audio memo's?
Recorder HQ where it originally came from? I'm stumped.
