Correction:
Command+Left goes to the “home: Or beginning of a line.
I was thinking of the iOS platform, where control+home goes there.

On a full sized Mac keyboard, there ids a home key, in the same location as
on all other keyboards.
For laptop, or bluetooth keyboards, the home key and others are removed to
streamline the look.
using Control+Left arrow generally goes to the “Home” of the line, or the
beginning of the line. The same as the home key when it’s pressed.
Command+Up arrow goes to the “Home” of the document, or top of it. The same
as control+home on Windows, and other operating systems, and apps.

Hi Paolo,
don't put any commas between digits, just type in the numbers.
With regard to the "home key", could one of the mac users on this list help
Paolo with this?
thanks,
David.

Hi, David.
nfortunately I can not find any key with the name "home key" in the mac
keyboard.
Really Should I put a comma after each digit, e.g. 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0?
Thank you
Paul

Hi Paolo,
There are a couple of things.
1. Before you start typing in any numbers, you need to press the Home key
to make the first digit the focus. (I'm assuming this works on a Mac)
2. When typing in the digits don't include any spaces. So to take your
example, and assuming that the time format is hh:mm:ss + milliseconds, you
would type the numbers 0,0,0,2,0,0,0,0,0.

Hi listers.
In Audacity for Mac, there are many fields where you can enter hours,
minutes, seconds etc. I can not correctly insert the values I want to
insert. E.g.: I want to enter 00 hours, 02 minutes, 00 seconds. I write in
the field: 00 02 00 , separated by space, and unfortunately the number 2
is in a random place!!! How should I write?
Thanks you.
Paolo
