Hello.
I found this post rather difficult to understand. You might have a
cable problem. You could try using a noise removal filter
thing...goldwave has a good one; I think you can do this with audacity
too. Just get a sample of the hum and you should be able to remove the
requisite frequencies with some accuracy..might not be perfect but
it'll sound a lot less annoying.

När jag spelade in melodifestivalen några gånger i år från plextalk
och datorn med audacity1a gången jag gjorde på datorn så när jag lyssnar

inspelningen .
i goldwave när jag spelade in så hördes ljudet svagt med ett brumm i
vägen men svagt och där man ändrar de i gold wave har jag sätt men
inte vetat var jag kan trycka . för att ändra. Jag använder windows zxp

använde ptp1 och line in kabel hörs allt men massa digitala hack och så
