Please note that the page which Andrew provided is for an old version of 
Audacity - unfortunately if you search using google it's the first search 
result.

The bad news is that it looks like it may not be possible to write a macro for 
your task. The problem is that there doesn't appear to be a command available 
as a macro command for export multiple, which is what you'd want for exporting 
the two mono tracks.

Maybe someone knows of a workaround for this problem, but alas, I don't.
