I use CDRTFE <http://cdrtfe.sourceforge.net> for burning CDs. I have
used the underlying tools to rip a CD to WAV files. The program says it
will rip to MP3 but I haven't actually done it. The interface can
sometimes be a bit quirky as far as accessibility, but as I've said, I
use it to burn CDs and it does what I need it to do. I am using Windows
10 with JAWS 17.
