The export multiple command automatically fills in both the Track number
and Track title fields of the metadata. If you're split the audio into
different tracks, then it uses the track name for the track title. You can
set the focused track's name by opening its context menu (shift + m, or
application key), and choosing name. If you've split the audio using
labels, then it uses the label for the track title.
If there are any fields in the metadata that you want to set for all the
exported files, then before executing export multiple, open the metadata
editor and fill these in.
After pressing the Export button in the Export multiple dialog, then by
default, the Edit metadata tags dialog will open once for each exported
file. There is a setting where you can alter this default behaviour if you
want to. In the Import/Export category of preferences there's a "show
metadata editor before export" check box, with is checked by default.
