If you do a Google search for NVDA Audacity add-on, you will see
information about an add-on. It isn't an official add-on, meaning it
hasn't been reviewed and approved by NVDA developers. Also, with the
changes taking place in NVDA, the add-on may no longer be compatible with
the current version. You can get an older version and probably use it as
a portable version and run the add-onn.
I would suggest reading some of the discussion that took place in one or
two forums about two years ago. The add-on appears not to have been
worked on since 2017.
