I believe there is an effect perhaps under distortion that makes the recording
sound like a telephone, but I am not exactly sure if that is where it is. I
won’t be in front of my computer until a little later so I cannot pinpoint
exactly where that effect is.is.

I have used an M-track audio interface for the past five years and it works
great. However, you will want to get an XLR or 1/4 inch Y splitter so that
your microphone can plug-in to both the left and right channels. Call me a

I would then like to run my analog mixer into the USB interface using both
inputs to get stereo.
Does anyone know if I can use Audacity to record left & right channels at
the same time. for example, using the mixer to pan left & right prior to
recording to audacity.
I'm not sure if I have explained this properly but hope someone can help.
