Hi Steve,
I think that might be confusing.
Sync lock tracks can be on or off.
If sync lock tracks is on, then a track displays the sync locked icon if at 
least one of the tracks in its group is selected.
So one of my reasons for a screen reader reading a track as "sync locked", 
rather than either "sync locked on" or "sync lock on" is so as not to confuse 
the overall setting, and the setting of each track.

The button for enabling Sync-Lock has a tool-tip that says "Sync-Lock
Tracks", so perhaps a sync-locked track could say "Sync Lock On".
