Assuming you have two or more individual tracks in Audacity, use the up or
down cursor arrows. Window Eyes says the name of the track such as "track
1 selected" or "track 2". (I don't know about JAWS.) To select or unselect
a specific track, press the enter key. Audacity announces through the
screen reader either the track name selected or just the track name, which
means unselected.
