Hi!
I can confirm the issue with the gain value occasionally not changing after
manual entry. Same Audacity and Windows versions plus JAWS 16.

Below are some problems I found when I use Audacity 2.1.1 to master a song
from my student:
The project recorded using Audacity 2.1.0 on windows 8.1 64 bit
I adjusted gane from -1 to 0. After pressing enter, I open the gane dialog
again, and see that the value didn't change.
sometimes I listen to the project, and press keys to go forward the track,
audacity pause playing.
Using audacity 2.1.1 on a laptop installed windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, Jaws
16.0. If these aren't bugs, I appreciated any help
