Hi! I don't think you can, but you could insert silence in the first track where the pause should be. Alternatively, you could split the first track into two tracks, one containing what comes before the pause and the other containing what comes after it. Then you align the two tracks to acommodate the desired pause. Of course this is best done after recording the third track. If you want to record in overdub mode, Method one is better.
