[audacity4blind] Panning selected audio

Good day to all. Does anyone know how to pan selected audio? I know how to pan
a track using the shift-p command but would like to know if there is a way to
pan a selection. The example being when preparing a podcast I might want three
items spoken one more left,one center and one more right. Thanks.The
