Well, shoot, I’m using the Windows version. If I press alt+’g’ then arrow down
I see “click track”.
I’m sorry, I don’t know the MAC equivalent keystroke. Here’s something I found
at: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=22188 ;
In recent versions of Audacity it is possible to disable different types of
plug-ins. Click-Track is a Nyquist plug-in, so if Nyquist plug-ins are disabled
in Preferences it will not show up in the menu. (Edit menu > Preferences >
Effects)
Peace,
David

Hi,
I know it should be but it isn’t there. Are there any steps I need to take, IE
create a track to make it appear?

Hello there…
I’m hoping you can help me. I’m trying to get click tracks working in
audacity. I have located the folder in which the plug ins exist,
username/library/applicationsupport/audacity/plugins… And I can find the
nyquist plug in to generate a click track in there but, when I go to the manage
in the generate menu it isn’t listed, in fact, I don’t think any of the nyquist
plugins are listed.
Can anyone please help… Pulling out my hair. :)
Thanks
