Hi,
I've got a usb and a non-usb version of the Logitech desktop microphone.
Unfortunately, the non-usb version has very poor sound quality compared to the
usb version. Not recommended at all. Can't send you a test recording because it
doesn't work anymore.

David.

Not really.
Anything less than $5 is likely to be rubbish.
Anything over $25 is likely to be overpriced.

I've had good results from the USB version of the Logitech desktop
microphone. Not as good as a real recording microphone of course, but
good for the price. I've not tried the non-USB version, but I'd guess
that the actual microphone capsule is probably the same - they cost
about $15 US.

Steve
