Yes, the time jump facility is a wonderful example of good design (shame it
does not work well with VoiceOver on the Mac). You can either set the time
with arrow keys as Justin said or key in values. I use either method,
depending on circumstances. Note that when moving left and right there are two
columns for hours, minutes etc. The first moves up and down by ten and the
second by 1. If keying in values, I first press Home and start keying from
hours, even if that almost always includes writing 0s.
Another important feature is revealed by pressing the Application key. You can
then choose from numerous time options.
