[audacity4blind] Inserting one word in the middle of a track

Hi Everyone,

 

I misread one word on a recording I am making. I need to be able to change
the word "Albany" to "Albion." What is the easiest way to correct this in
Audacity? Please be very specific in your instructions. All help
appreciated. Thanks.
