Interesting. What program are you trying to record from?
I often use Zoom and have no troubles with conflicting keystrokes.

I was working on that today but kept losing the screen and audio share twice.
Turns out Alt+T for the Tracks menu was also set as a global hotkey for
stopping screen share. I found/fixed it and will try again later.

It would be super cool if you could record a demo of what you do so that we can
all enjoy your expertise.
If you need a place to host your recordings I’d be happy to help you with that.
I’ve been thinking about purchasing a domain or two again to put some audio
tutorials on.
I’m sure there are lots of people who could benefit from your expertise. It
might be a good way to gain some free advertising for your business, too!

I think I can walk you through the steps of doing this over a Skype or a zoom
meeting. If you email me directly, I will set up an appointment time to walk
you through doing this. I do something similar when I am putting together the
audio version of the blind perspective.net newsletter and on the intros I do
for the various games on out Dash of Dash site.net.

getting there slowly but surely and at least have been able to edit two tracks.
I would now like to be able to insert some audio into the beginning of each
track i.e. an intro to what will be the main podcast audio – what’s the best
way of doing this?
I have tried just recording at the start of a track but when I play it back the
newly recorded segement doesn’t appear to be there. Do I need to record the
intro section as a new track and then cut and paste it into the main track ?
