[audacity4blind] High-Quality Algorithms in Audacity

Hi, it's Annabelle.
I know that Audacity has a high-quality algorithm for pitch change, but I
wonder, are there any high quality algorithms for things like noise
reduction and chirp? This way, the audio doesn't have that "drowning under
water" effect.
