That would really depend on your laptop itself - my one laptop has 3 audio
jack sockets on the front edge - earphones/speakers, microphone, and stereo
line-in.
But some of my previous/other machines had similar audio sockets on their
sides, at the back, next to power jack socket, etc., etc.
Stay well

Subject: [audacity4blind] External Microphone
Hi list,
Please be patient with me. I am not trained in this area.
I am new to Audacity and have it downloaded onto my laptop. My question is
this. How to I plug in external microphones? Do I need some kind of
interface box or something like that? If so how and where do I get one.
Thanks in advance.
Andre
