Reaper is a good program and has developers who are working with the visually
impaired community. Search for OSARA on github.com – Reaper.fm is the site you
can download Reaper from.
It has sound modules built in. It’s got a free license for a certain period of
time (60 days?) but is quite inexpensive ($65?) and packed to the gills with
features.

I haveQWS download on my pc.
The only problem is I have no external Sound Module… That was my downfall
before when I have external sound module.. I had no QWS. Lol hahah
Not I have QWS and have no Sound modules..
Is there any other work around or application to use??
Maybe I might have to continue using Sonar and make up my mind to work for long
hours.

You can use QWS to create midi music files: works well with speech programs.
