[audacity4blind] Changing colors in Audacity

Sent this out a few days ago but it apparently did not make it through the
system so am trying again.

 

Is there any way to change screen colors in Audacity?  In a much earlier
version, you could, but I don't see how in this version.  Might there be a
plug in or add on to do this?
