Others can respond more effectively regarding tutorials. On HTML
documentation, see the Audacity manual, which is in HTML format. In
Audacity simply press alt-h for help and select the manual. While it is
not written specifically for blind users, it is well written, easy to
navigate and has specific information on using Audacity from the keyboard.
