Sorry, your topic has somewhat been abused for different matters.

You've mentioned in your last post CCITT.
This does not appear to be a standard but rather a former name of the
ITU that gives out the different recommendations.

Thus, I've no actual code to provide.
I have currently only a plugin for DTMF decoding and Blue Box encoding
(look it up in Wikipedia).

A Morse decoder would as well be an interesting project.
