Hi,
It'll be great to see Audacity working in Linux for a blind user,
however, I am not sure about ORCA in this scenario. At this point,
from my perspective, Audacity is pretty much useless on Linux. I
managed to do simple configuration-of-preferences/recording mainly
because I already knew how to do in Windows; ORCA wasn't helpful in
this process.

Yes Pawel. The intent is to make Audacity accessible on all three of the
main platforms. By going with the IAccessible2 API, Linux will probably be
easier than the Mac actually since some of the main accessibility components
on Linux are designed around that API.

I believe once there was another developer on this list asking
