You must have a Regional Transit Card to participate. Monthly Muni/BART Pass (BART within City - not good for East Bay) will be $25.00 unlimited usage You must register on the above web-site which will enter your name into a lottery drawing. There are two lotteries left, the next lottery will be June 1, so it would be a good idea to register now.
