Hi Tyler,
I use a second-hand bamboo cutting board.

I use a lap desk for this purpose...there are lots of options, but I like this one for it's portability and stickiness:

Hi,
I work with my keyboard resting on my legs. I find this is the
best position to keep my shoulders in a relaxed position. However,
the keyboard tends to slide down, and I'm always tugging it back
up to keep it from falling off completely.
This went to an extreme last week. I had subconciously moved the
keyboard right up into my lap, which solved the sliding problem,
but forced my wrists into a painful angle to match the Atreus
layout. I hadn't realized I was doing this, and the pain had built
up to quite a high level over a few weeks of use in this position.
It took only one day of deliberately working with the keyboard
back down on my knees to relieve the pain. That was a nice lesson
in ergonomics!
However, the issue remains - how to keep the keyboard at a
comfortable distance down my legs, without it sliding away? Does
anyone have any tips?
Best,
Tyler
